Michael D. Tippin
Founder & CEO

Michael founded Tippin Corporation in 1996, to acquire & profitably preserve architectural landmark buildings. Over the past three decades, Michael has achieved considerable success as a fund manager, developer & entrepreneurial investor. Michael has lived and worked in six countries, co-investing with endowments, pension and private equity funds.

Michael was a Managing Director at Intracorp Developments, Investment Manager at Prudential of England, Acquisition Manager at Greiner-Pacaud Fund Management, and apprenticed as a Chartered Surveyor at Stewart, Young & Mason. Michael holds a Diploma in International Business from Seneca College, studied Urban Land Economics at York University and taught real estate appraisal at George Brown College. Michael received executive training at the Diplomatic Academy Vienna, Austria.

 

Anne M. Tippin
Co-founder & MD

Anne joined the company in 1998, and oversees all aspects of the company’s design, development and operations. Anne has co-owned and managed over $250 million of real estate projects in Canada and Central & Eastern Europe.

Anne was formerly with Onex Corporation, Bank of Montreal (Nesbitt Burns) securities, and Canada 3000 Airlines.

Braydon M. Tippin
Director

Braydon joined the company in 2018 and was appointed Director in 2023. As an executive board member, he co-manages the company’s investment activities.

Previously, Braydon worked on Toronto’s Bay Street in equity capital markets, fundraising for publicly traded companies listed primarily on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He managed a sales team and led weekly “What’s Moving Markets?” sessions covering global financial and geopolitical events.

Braydon is a CFA candidate and is currently completing a Master of Finance degree at the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. He holds a Master of International Relations from the University of Warsaw in Poland and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada.
