We believe that 'architecture is the paradigm of useful art', and addresses our instinctive desire for sensory stimulation, prestige, identity and a nostalgic connection with the past.

We target capital cities experiencing favorable socio-economic and geopolitical change. Since 2006, we have focused on Central & Eastern Europe and Eurasia. The portfolio comprises projects in Berlin, Budapest, Belgrade and Tbilisi.

Since inception, the company has returned its investment 2.5x, with no losses.
